Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your membership with the Innovation Hub at Science Centre, Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman & Nicobar Islands. By registering for membership, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

• Individual membership is open to any person who provides valid identification.
• Institutional membership is open to schools, colleges, organisations, and other registered entities.
• The Innovation Hub reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reasons.
• Members must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

• Membership fees are as displayed on the registration page at the time of signing up.
• Fees must be paid in full via UPI or Cash at Office before membership is activated.
• For UPI payments, a valid transaction screenshot and the last 4 digits of the Transaction ID are mandatory.
• The Innovation Hub reserves the right to revise membership fees at any time with prior notice.
• Fees paid are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made before admin confirmation of payment.
• Discounts, concessions, or waivers are at the sole discretion of the administration.

• Membership is valid for the duration specified in the selected plan (e.g. 1 year from the date of activation).
• Members will not receive automatic reminders for renewal; it is the member's responsibility to renew in time.
• Renewal requests can be submitted through the Member Portal and are subject to admin approval.
• Early renewals extend the validity from the current expiry date, not from the date of renewal.
• Expired memberships do not carry forward any unused benefits.

• Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all Innovation Hub events and facilities.
• Misuse of membership privileges, facilities, or equipment may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.
• Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared with or used by another person.
• Members must not engage in activities that damage the reputation of the Science Centre or Innovation Hub.

• Institutions are responsible for the conduct of all members enrolled under their membership.
• Member lists submitted at registration are considered final; changes require prior written request to the administration.
• Additional members beyond the plan limit attract per-head charges as specified at the time of registration.
• Institutional membership benefits extend only to enrolled members and not to the institution's staff in general.

• The Innovation Hub may cancel or suspend a membership at any time for breach of these terms.
• In the event of cancellation by the Hub, a pro-rata refund of unused membership fees may be considered at the administration's discretion.
• Members wishing to voluntarily cancel their membership must notify us in writing. No refund will be issued for voluntary cancellations after activation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India. Any disputes arising from membership shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
