Individual Members

• Full name, date of birth, gender
• Phone number and email address
• Residential address and pincode
• Profession and organisation (if applicable)
• Aadhaar / government ID number and document scan

Institutional Members

• Institution name, type, address, registration number
• Contact person name, designation, phone, email
• Names and details of enrolled members

Payment Information

• Payment method (UPI / Cash)
• UPI Transaction ID (last 4 digits only — we do not store full transaction IDs or bank details)
• Payment screenshot (stored securely on our server)

• Membership management — processing registrations, renewals, and member records
• Identity verification — verifying your identity against the provided government ID
• Payment verification — confirming and reconciling membership fee payments
• Communication — sending you information about events, workshops, and membership updates
• Administration — generating reports, receipts, and membership certificates
• Legal compliance — meeting any obligations under applicable Indian law

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Your data is stored on secure servers hosted within India.
• Access to member data is restricted to authorised Innovation Hub staff and administrators only.
• Uploaded documents (ID scans, payment screenshots) are stored in a protected directory and are not publicly accessible.
• We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
• No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions.

• Member records are retained for as long as the membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for administrative purposes.
• Expired or cancelled memberships may be archived and retained for up to 3 years for record-keeping and audit purposes.
• You may request deletion of your data after your membership expires by contacting us in writing.

As a member, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Objection — object to certain uses of your data, such as for communications
